Having worked together on projects such as Launch! On the Sea with Scotland’s Lifeboats, the very excellent team at Screen Argyll asked me to contribute to their programme of work strengthening the organisation.
Screen Argyll brings people together through film. Based in and working across the large Scottish region of Argyll and the Isles, this team of highly experienced educators, filmmakers, artists, programmers, and island community connectors are a mainstay of the film education and exhibition sector in Scotland. Their expertise has offered fantastic creative opportunities to many children, young people, families, filmmakers, women working in the film industry, as well as a significant network of community cinema organisers and their audiences on the West coast of Scotland.
I have been providing strategic support and grant writing services for major funding applications and some exciting organisational development projects currently underway.
